Refund, Returns and Cancellations Policy

Cancellations

All orders may be cancelled before they are despatched. Orders once despatched / shipped cannot be cancelled. Orders are often despatched the same day, so cancellations requests must be promptly directed to support@wodehousetea.com.

You may cancel subscriptions at any time by emailing support@wodehousetea.com. If your subscription has not begun and no order has been shipped, you will receive a full refund. If any order(s) out of your subscription have already been shipped, then the remainder of the the subscription period will be cancelled and a refund will be issued for the unshipped orders, after deducting subscription discounts on a pro-rate basis.

Returns

At Wodehouse Tea, we take every measure to ensure that each order we ship measures up to the highest standards of quality. We consider returned products to be compromised on freshness, and we cannot restock or re-ship such products, even if they are unopened. Consequently, we do not offer returns on our products.

However, if you’re not happy with your order, please get in touch with us on support@wodehousetea.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment, and we will do our utmost to set things right. Depending on the particular case, this may include sending you a replacement, or issuing a refund.

In certain cases where we may deem it necessary, we may ask you to send us the product for the purpose of internal quality control measures. In such cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for items that are lost / missing / damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your replacement or refund is processed, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Normally, this should happen within 7 business days of your request, or in cases where we require a return, within 7 working days of us receiving the returned item(s) from you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 2 business days. Orders processed via gift cards or coupons will be refunded to your Wodehouse Tea account. Gift cards and coupons cannot be refunded in cash or exchanged for other products.

Your bank may take additional time to credit the refund to your account. If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days of our email confirmation, please check with your bank or/and credit card company. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@wodehousetea.com

Please note that only regular priced products may be refunded. Sale products cannot be refunded.
